I usually email my requests to my account manager, can I still do that?
Yes, you can continue to email your account manager. Email your request before 4 pm during regular hours in order for it to be taken care of in a timely manner. However, if it is urgent, use our new phone support number, as the issue will be taken care of immediately, instead of waiting for your account manager to be available.
Can I contact my account manager by phone with the new support number (833-360-0485) ?
Yes, you can. Simply enter your account manager’s extension or use the new interactive voice response system to find your account manager by region.
What if my account manager is not available when I call the new support line?
You can leave a message, or if it’s urgent, ask to be redirected to the new hold line which will allow you to be assisted by the next available agent.

You can call the new 24/7 support line to speak to a qualified agent. He or she will be able to take care of your request.
